Face Colors:

The colors shown in the diagrams are the same as those in the original 3x3x1.

The gray color indicates that the color in that location is irrelevant to the exercise. This makes it much easier to understand.

If I tell you that only the corners remain to be solved, it is easier to understand with this diagram:

Moves:

They are noted in English because that is the international convention.

This is a 90° rotation when viewed from the layer in question.

The following examples show rotation clockwise and then counterclockwise.
